Corporate Attorney - Finance The candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in commercial finance. The primary accountabilities of the role include: Providing advice to clients on secured and unsecured lending transactions, representing both lenders and borrowers; Drafting, editing, and reviewing a variety of documents, including commitment letters, loan and security agreements, inter-creditor and subordination agreements; Understanding and applying of commercial and securities law issues as they relate to finance transactions; Representing parties in financing transactions with a broad range of asset classes; Interact directly with business people, investment professionals and other stakeholders; Work collaboratively as part of a highly-functioning deal team. Must currently be licensed, or currently eligible to become licensed, to practice law in Nebraska.
