To evaluate your candidacy for employment, including processing your application, conducting interviews, and carrying out pre-employment screening and reference checks
To communicate with you about your candidacy and employment opportunities
To comply with legal obligations and defend our legal rights
To maintain and improve our recruitment and hiring processes
To protect against fraud and other unlawful activity, and to prevent and investigate security incidents and other misuse of our systems
