About the Role:
- Join a dynamic legal team working on a variety of legal issues across the company.
- Advise on privacy, security, and artificial intelligence/machine learning.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations while promoting business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate legal risk.
- Report to the Associate General Counsel.
Responsibilities:
- Advise on the application of various laws and regulations, with a focus on privacy, data security, AI/ML, and advertising/ad technology.
- Review products, features, and initiatives to ensure compliance with legal obligations.
- Draft and manage consumer disclosures, terms of use, and privacy notices.
- Manage potential disputes, litigation, enforcement, and regulatory matters.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, Privacy, Security, Policy, and Customer Trust.
- Improve processes, provide training, and meet business needs.
Requirements:
- . degree and admission to the bar in good standing.
- 5+ years of relevant legal experience, with at least 1 year of in-house experience.
- Interest in learning new areas of law and technology.
- Experience advising clients in the technology, gaming, e-commerce, or internet services sectors.
- Knowledge of US and international laws related to privacy, data protection, content policy, intellectual property, marketing, or consumer protection.
- Comfort with technology and internet services.

Salary Information:
- The base pay for this position ranges from the lowest to highest geographic market, with a total compensation package including equity, sign-on payments, and other benefits.
- The annual salary ranges from $138,500 to $229,000 USD.
