Trusts & Estates Attorney The attorney will support a robust trusts and estates practice; advise clients on trusts and estates issues; perform transactional work, including preparing and drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other documents; administer trusts and estates, including assisting with accountings and tax returns; and perform related research and due diligence. The attorney will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships and working with various other attorneys and paralegals across the firm's office platform. Strong communication and writing skills and work ethic are required. The ideal candidate will have one or more years of progressively responsible experience in trusts and estates practice and will be able to demonstrate their development of knowledge and experience in this practice area. In addition to a strong background in trusts and estates, experience in corporate and transactional work will be highly regarded.
