Mass Tort Paralegal The candidate will prepare and complete written discovery - both traditional written discovery and Plaintiff Profile forms. Review medical records and thoroughly vet claims. Provide excellent customer service and communicate with clients throughout all stages of their cases. Draft complaints, motions, and e-File documents in the Court. File cases in federal jurisdictions in Texas and other states. Conduct research to support a legal proceeding. Clearly detail and document all information in our case management software program.

The candidate should preferably have 2+ years (plaintiff) personal injury or mass tort paralegal experience. Should preferably have experience and willingness to file cases in Federal Court. Strong consideration will be given to those with experience filing in various Federal Courts. Should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills and a professional appearance. Should thrive under pressure when talking with clients and be charismatic. Should be able to follow documented processes and procedures to assist attorneys with pre-trial case management for high-volume caseloads, prioritize and multitask. A high level of professionalism and a strong work ethic is needed. Able to provide excellent customer service and communicate with clients throughout their case. Should be proficient in all MS Office applications. Able to thrive in a team environment. Paralegal certification and experience with the Needles A? case management system will be preferred.
