We are currently seeking a full-time Workers Compensation Attorney to join our team in multiple locations, including Gainesville, Jacksonville Beach, Jacksonville, and Ocala.

Responsibilities:

As a Workers Compensation Attorney at Farah & Farah, you will be responsible for opening new files and making initial client contact, as well as maintaining contact with clients throughout the duration of their case. You will also be expected to fully investigate each case, gathering and analyzing intake information and relevant documents. Other responsibilities include verifying insurance coverage, managing client's medical care, and continuously monitoring case status.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Workers Compensation, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Excellent customer service and communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team setting. A JD from an accredited university and GA Bar Admission are required for this position.

Schedule:

This is a full-time position, with a 40-hour work week from Monday to Friday. The schedule is an 8-hour shift during the day in our professional office setting.
