Responsibilities:
Negotiate contractual provisions to meet business requirements and minimize liability
Draft and manage contractual documents for business relationships and pricing with vendors, customers, and partners
Lead contract negotiation process and collaborate with various departments
Document issues and recommend solutions to internal management
Manage executed agreements to control costs, ensure compliance, and maintain service levels
Provide accurate and timely information to assist in business decisions
Consult and advise senior management
Work on complex contracts and issues, including unique circumstances and multiple business units
Create standard agreements for new services and software products
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts
Familiarity with healthcare or privacy and security in relation to healthcare
Experience with software solutions, software licensing, intellectual property, or healthcare privacy and security a plus
Business process outsourcing experience a plus

Salary Information:
New York: $148,000 USD to $202,000 USD
Colorado: $148,000 USD to $202,000 USD
Other States: $148,000 USD to $202,000 USD
