Law Firm Seeking Talent Acquisition Assistant (Remote) in Multiple Offices

Overview:

Our team of over 1,800 attorneys in more than 100 offices worldwide serves as a single source solution for our clients. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our team and assist in coordinating our attorney recruiting efforts.

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Assistant
Location: Remote, with options to be based in various cities (Albuquerque, Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Lexington, Memphis, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Nashville, Phoenix, Salt Lake City or St. Louis)
Salary: Ranges from to per hour, contingent on experience and education

Responsibilities:

- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, coordinating multiple interviews and locations
- Act as a point of contact for candidates and recruiting agencies, providing clear and timely communication regarding interview details and logistics
- Assist with pre-hire screenings
- Maintain accurate records of candidate progress and interview schedules
- Ensure that hiring actions follow established Talent Acquisition and Firm processes and procedures
- Coordinate administrative aspects of the recruitment process, including posting open positions
- Provide support for special projects and initiatives to improve internal talent acquisition processes
- Communicate professionally and develop positive relationships with candidates, recruiters, and hiring shareholders
- Assist with generating recruiting reports and providing statistics to the Manager of Talent Acquisition
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (viRecruit preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Education and Certifications:

- Bachelor's degree required

Experience:

- Minimum of 1 year of previous law firm or professional services firm experience preferred
- Experience with ATS or HR software, preferably viRecruit
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
