Job Title: Immigration Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Explain immigration concepts and present strategic solutions to clients.
- Represent non-detained and detained individuals in removal proceedings at Immigration Court and Board of Immigration Appeals.
- Manage a personal workload of cases, ensuring all are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct intake interviews with detained individuals at detention centers.
- Prepare a variety of immigration applications, including those related to removal defense and family-based immigration petitions.
- Review immigration applications and packets, making necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Engage with law enforcement, prosecutorial offices, and community-based organizations to discuss changes in immigration law.
- Conduct strategic consultations with potential clients to determine the necessary immigration strategy.
- Develop strategies and prepare clients and witnesses for court and USCIS testimony.
- Provide comprehensive legal analysis for clients to determine any possible case benefits.
- Prepare and submit legal briefs for a variety of immigration cases, ensuring thorough research and attention to detail.

Education and Experience:
- Candidates must have between 1 to 4 years of experience in Immigration Law.
- Must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively as a team player, open to strategizing and working with fellow associates.
- Preferably bilingual, with English and Spanish language skills being an asset.
- Must possess interpersonal skills of the highest caliber, capable of managing client interactions effectively.
- A proven track record of moving legal cases forward and an ability to manage a caseload is essential.
- Experience with Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian, EOIR, Detained, Citizenship, and other USCIS applications is required.
- Experience with Case Management Software is preferred, enhancing the ability to manage cases efficiently.
