Requirements:

- Partner level Construction Defect experience
- Excellent references and a record of job stability
- Member of the Texas bar in good standing

Salary Information:

- Competitive base compensation of $200,000-$260,000 for 1800 hours
- Up to $40,000 bonus for additional mandatory hours
- Realistic partnership track
