Immigration Paralegal The candidate will under direct attorney supervision, prepare and file a full range of immigrant and/or nonimmigrant petitions including H-1Bs, L-1s, TNs, E-3s, O-1s, PERMs, EB1, EB2/3 I-140s, and AOS applications. Will work directly with clients. Demonstrate ability to manage a high caseload and work within strict timelines. Enter and maintain data in immigration case management system. Organizes and maintains immigration files. Works directly with attorneys and other team members to manage caseload from intake through processing and filing. Monitor the status of all filed applications and petitions.

The candidate should have 1-3 years of experience working in business immigration with both NIV and IV employment-based matters. Experience in a high volume practice is preferred. Must have a Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate will be considered a plus. Strong computer, organizational and writing skills required as well as superior attention to detail. Experience with immigration databases, data entry, and MS Excel/Outlook a plus.
