Services, Inc is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to support multiple client groups and stakeholders on a range of employment law issues. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $125, - $150,.
In this role, you will provide practical and business-oriented advice and counsel on a variety of employment law matters, including hiring, performance management, discipline, terminations, internal investigations, contingent worker issues, reasonable accommodations, leaves of absence, wage and hour compliance, and employee risk management. You will also assist in developing strategic plans for all employment-related matters and provide guidance on legal compliance issues impacting employees.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and a Doctor of Law (JD), as well as an active State Bar in good standing. In addition, you should have at least 4 years of experience in employment law, with a focus on labor and employment-related litigation, administrative proceedings, advice and counsel, and compliance issues. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead in complex and stressful situations are also essential for this role.
As the Senior Corporate Counsel, you will be responsible for researching legal principles and precedents, engaging and managing outside counsel, drafting legal documents, and coordinating and supervising responses to administrative charges and disputes. You will also work closely with various teams and stakeholders to provide guidance and develop solutions to complex problems.
