We are currently seeking a Post-Closer Paralegal to handle correspondence related to post-closing Real Estate matters. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), dental, health, life, paid time off, and vision insurance.

Job Summary:

The Post-Closer Paralegal will report directly to the Real Estate Division Manager and will be responsible for assisting with various corrective title measures, recording documents, remitting payment checks, and handling thorough communication with clients and colleagues. The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a real estate paralegal. They should also have extensive knowledge of real estate documents, standard practices, contracts, and legal project management software.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with corrective title measures
- Record documents in the ROD
- Transmit executed loan documents and final policies
- Remit payment checks
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Follow up on mortgage and lien satisfactions
- Perform other post-closing duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a real estate paralegal
- Extensive knowledge of real estate documents, standard practices, contracts, and legal project management software
- Strong organizational, time management, critical thinking, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Deadline sensitive and able to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality
