Overview:

- Seeking a full-time associate with at least 1 year of experience as a practicing litigator, ideally with experience in General Liability.
- Work with small teams of attorneys and paralegals, led by seasoned trial attorneys.
- Attorneys have autonomy over their work schedule with encouraged "core" office hours.

Responsibilities:

- Provide legal counsel and representation to clients from pre-trial through trial.
- Draft legal documents and attend court hearings, depositions, trials, and client meetings.
- Conduct legal research and collaborate with senior associates and partners on case strategy.
- Contribute to business development and client relationship management.

Requirements:

- Active membership in the Nevada State Bar.
- 1-3 years' experience in the defense of medical malpractice cases or practicing healthcare law.
- Strong understanding of State and Federal court rules and procedures.
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication.
