- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school required
- Active license in state of employment required
- 10+ years of relevant civil litigation and trial experience, as well as management experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong negotiation skills, and analytical and legal skills required
- Ability to train and motivate team members, prioritize and coordinate complex projects and cases, and make decisions
- Strong leadership skills and adherence to ethical and corporate policies and procedures required
- Salary range: $150,000 - $225,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
- Normal office environment with frequent travel and occasional overnight travel required
