Law Firm Seeks Experienced Litigation Attorney for Hybrid Role

We are a mid-sized women-owned education law firm with a statewide practice and we are currently seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team. This is a hybrid role, offering the opportunity to work on both landmark cases and a broad variety of legal matters for public entities. H2: Qualifications and Responsibilities

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

- Minimum of ten years of litigation experience
- Experience handling complex civil litigation matters from initiation to resolution
- Strong case management skills, including the ability to lead matters and manage deadlines
- Ability to handle multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Excellent writing, research, analytical, and communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Flexibility, initiative, and willingness to work on a variety of legal matters for public entities
- Education law experience and/or public entity experience preferred
- Prior experience with insurance defense and personal injury defense a plus
- Admission to the California State Bar

As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for handling complex civil litigation matters from initiation to resolution, including arbitration, mediation, and trials. You will also be expected to demonstrate strong case management skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple projects with competing deadlines. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to use your excellent writing, research, analytical, and communication skills, as well as your leadership skills, to provide top-notch legal representation for our clients.

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $165,000 to $190,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors, including experience, education, and other relevant qualifications.
