The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of legal experience in any of the following areas: employment law, corporate and business law, in-bound immigration, commercial real estate, litigation, ADR, bankruptcy, and/or trademark. A portable book of business is required for partner level candidates.

### Requirements

- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice in North Carolina.
- Member in good standing with the NC Bar.
- 2+ years of project management or leadership experience.
- 10+ years experience at a law firm; previous experience with corporate, transactional, international or immigration law is a plus.
- Fluent in English; Fluency in German, Italian, French, and/or Mandarin is a plus.
