Job Description:
- Internship offers opportunity to develop research, writing, and analytical skills and gain knowledge of immigration law
- Tasks include researching complex issues, preparing decisions, and drafting final decisions for Immigration Judges
- Work closely with Attorney Advisors and Judicial Law Clerks
- On-site commitment of minimum 10 hours per week
Qualifications:
- Must be a current law student and United States citizen
- Superior research and writing skills, attention to detail, and commitment to fairness and integrity
- Prior knowledge of immigration law helpful but not required
- Must pass FBI background check and commit to minimum 10 hours per week
