Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 8 years of experience in tax services
- CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity
- A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation field of study considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Juris Doctorate in Accounting, Taxation preferred
- Significant experience with merger and acquisition tax matters
- Exceptional communication skills in presentations and written work
- Proven ability to develop junior staff
- Leadership in generating new business
- Experience with automation and digitization in tax services
- Proven success in evaluating and negotiating contracts
- Proficiency in leveraging pricing tools for strategies
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary range: $140,900 - $434,000
- Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
- Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws
