Law Firm Seeking Financial Analyst in Chicago, Columbus, or Indianapolis
Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 (dependent on experience)

H1: Join Our Team as a Financial Analyst at a Leading Law Firm
H2: Responsible for Financial Performance Analysis and Reporting

- Compile, analyze, and report on the financial performance of the law firm
- Understand data sources and metric definitions
- Handle ad-hoc reporting requests and support seasonal projects such as budget compilation and bonus calculations
- Collaborate with accounting team members and other departments within the firm
- Work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines and maintain confidentiality
- Coordinate monthly financial close process and prepare statements and reports
- Contribute to annual budget preparations and provide variance analysis
- Prepare key performance indicator schedules and annual law firm surveys
- Identify areas for improvement in financial systems
- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions
- Manage projects assigned by superiors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or related accounting areas
- Previous experience in the legal industry preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with 3E and/or Iridium a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with individuals at all levels
- Must be authorized to work in the US
