This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and driven individual with 2-5 years of experience in a large law firm setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Defend class action litigation cases related to ERISA
- Conduct legal research and writing
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel
- Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in a large law firm setting
- Active member of the bar in the state of the Morgan Lewis office for which you are applying
- Strong academic credentials
- Prior experience in ERISA litigation preferred but not required
