Estate and Trust Paralegal The candidate work includes assisting attorneys and staff with estate planning document drafting, estate and trust administration including preparation of gift tax returns, estate & inheritance tax returns, fiduciary income tax returns, fiduciary accountings, probate documents and estate litigation support. Should have 3 years trusts and estate experience and must demonstrate excellent communication, writing and organizational skills with ability to prioritize, multi-task, attention to detail and working knowledge of MS Office products. Experience with ProSeries, Lackner 6-in-1 and PracticeMaster a plus.
