As a Litigation Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work with clients, negotiate with insurance companies, and prepare and try cases in court.

Responsibilities:

- Meet with clients to discuss their case and build trust and confidence
- Update clients on the status of their claims and communicate with insurance companies
- Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court
- Evaluate claims and negotiate settlements
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
- 6 or more years of litigation experience, with relevant 1st chair trial experience
- Member of the Wisconsin Bar in good standing
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Ability to work independently in an office environment
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
