- Seeking candidates with 3+ years of broad and sophisticated real estate experience
- Must have a high level of academic achievement and solid law firm experience
- Strong writing and communication skills are required
- Experience with borrower-side finance is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Work on a variety of real estate matters including acquisitions, dispositions, debt financing, joint ventures, development projects, and leasing
- Provide support to senior attorneys and partners on complex real estate transactions
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft and review legal documents and contracts
- Communicate with clients and other parties involved in transactions
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active admission to the Florida bar
- 3+ years of experience in real estate law
- Strong academic background with a focus on real estate law
- Previous experience in a law firm setting
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ambition and drive to grow and develop as an attorney
- Familiarity with borrower-side finance is a plus
- Ability to quickly grasp complex subject matter
