About the Role

As an IP Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for handling a variety of patent litigation matters for our clients. This includes conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and participating in all aspects of discovery and trial preparation. You will also have the opportunity to work on high-profile cases and collaborate with a team of experienced and talented attorneys.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft pleadings and motions
- Participate in all aspects of discovery and trial preparation
- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys
- Handle a variety of patent litigation matters

Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of patent litigation experience
- Undergraduate and/or advanced degree in engineering, computer science, chemistry, biology, physics, or a similar field
- Strong research and writing skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Admission to the state bar
