Job Title: Class Actions & Mass Torts Associate
Experience: At least three to five years
Salary: Estimated range of $215,000 to $280,000
Locations: Atlanta, Charlotte, Denver, New York, St. Louis

Key Responsibilities:
- Defend global companies in complex and high-stakes litigation cases
- Handle all aspects of case development, including trial teams and class and mass actions
- Conduct legal research and writing with a high level of proficiency
- Assist in motions, depositions, and all stages of discovery, class certification, appellate and trial work
- Communicate effectively with clients and manage client engagements
- Work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities

Qualifications:
- Circuit court clerkship experience preferred
- Experience in complex litigation within a big law firm setting
- Strong research and writing skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Superior analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and assume a high degree of responsibility

Salary Information:
- Estimated range of $215,000 to $280,000 for Associates with three to five years of experience
- Actual compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skill sets, training, licensure and certifications, internal equity, market data, and other job-related factors permitted by law
