Responsibilities:

- Provide employment assistance in mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
- Counsel employers on all aspects of the employment relationship
- Protect and maintain highly sensitive and confidential information in accordance with Latham & Watkins policies
- Adhere to US employment laws and regulations

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of broad-based employment counseling experience
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
