- Assist with employment counseling, single-plaintiff litigation, class/collective action litigation, and investigations
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
- Attend client meetings and court hearings
- Work closely with partners and senior associates to develop strategies and provide legal advice
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the New Jersey bar
- 2-4 years of experience in labor and employment law at a large law firm
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Experience with employment counseling, single-plaintiff litigation, class/collective action litigation, and investigations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
