Law Firm is searching for an experienced Paralegal to join our growing team in our newest location in Newport Beach. The ideal candidate will be a Spanish-speaking professional with at least 2 years of experience and a Paralegal certificate or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
Case management
Draft documents
Ensure all deadlines are met
Organize files
Preparation of documents to the court
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience
Paralegal certificate or equivalent
HS Diploma
Superior time management
Maintain excellent writing and language skills
Knowledge of California Code of Civil Procedure, California State Court rules and procedures
Ability to identify potential negative or crisis situation and apply conflict resolution principles
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Ability to investigate, document and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Possess the ability to generate trust and build relationships with co-workers
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
