Join our team at Greenberg Traurig (GT) as a Labor & Employment Associate in our Orange County office. We are a global law firm with a strong reputation and commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Our Labor & Employment Practice provides practical and efficient consulting, technical assistance, and litigation services to clients from a variety of industries across the country. We are looking for an attorney with a minimum of 2-6 years of experience in this practice area to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills, as well as attention to detail. They will have the desire and initiative to take ownership over their work and career. This position will involve representing employers on both a class and individual basis in matters related to wage and hour compliance, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, leaves of absence, employee accommodations, personnel policies, and employment agreements. Experience with wage & hour class action and PAGA is required.
