Key Responsibilities:
- Attend trials representing the plaintiff's for a firm in the New York City and Long Island area
- Conduct oral arguments on motions, negotiate settlements, and attend mediations
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail
- Adapt to changing policies, procedures, and practices
- Work independently and take a proactive approach to resolving matters

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of litigation experience
- Admitted to the New York Bar and in good standing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel to various counties within the state

Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $95,000 - $119,000/year at commencement of employment
