Real Estate Paralegal The candidate will be drafting real estate documents, such as deeds, affidavits, assignments and resolutions. Reviewing various recorders and auditor's websites to obtain copies of real estate documents and determine the location of properties. Reviewing title commitments and surveys, preparing a summary of title review and preparing title objection letters. Reviewing and finalizing closing documents. Preparing closing instruction letters and closing transcripts. Tracking of deadlines to be complied with per a real estate contract. Strong communication skills. Excellent editing skills, including proofreading. Undergraduate degree or paralegal certificate or extensive paralegal experience in place of degree or certificate. Should have 5 years of experience as a real estate paralegal or comparable professional. Strong organizational skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong attention to detail; self-starter; ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment; and enthusiasm for working as part of a team.
