- Immediate need for qualified candidates in Chicago, IL; Cincinnati, OH; Columbus, OH; Cleveland, OH; Dayton, OH; Indianapolis, IN; Lexington, KY; Louisville, KY; Detroit, MI; Pittsburgh, PA; Tampa, FL; Charleston, WV; Huntington, WV; Morgantown, WV; Wheeling, WV
- Must have 2-5 years of labor and employment experience
- Responsibilities include litigation defense, advising employers on compliance with employment laws, and handling a variety of employment law matters
- Traditional labor experience preferred, including NLRB issues, collective bargaining, and grievance/arbitration
- Strong academic background and excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills required
- Must be licensed to practice in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, or West Virginia
- Out of state candidates may be considered if eligible for admission or willing to sit for the bar exam in one of the required states
