Littler Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Labor & Employment Associate to join our Seattle office. This is a hybrid role, offering the opportunity to work both remotely and in our Seattle office. As part of our Labor and Employment practice group, you will have the chance to work on a variety of complex and high-profile cases, representing management in employment and labor law matters.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 3-6 years of experience in labor and employment law, with a strong background in litigation. This is a fast-paced and challenging role, and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and make a significant contribution to our team.

We offer a competitive salary range of $185,000 to $235,000, depending on experience and education, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
