We are currently seeking a Senior Enterprise Client Applications Analyst to join our team and support our ~1,600 end users in 20+ cities across the US.

As a Senior Enterprise Client Applications Analyst, you will be a key member of our End User Compute team within the Technology Services group. You will be responsible for providing expert-level support for Microsoft Office and other applications, ensuring the stability, performance, and features of our environment. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts and lead discussions with various IT teams and end user business units.

Some of your responsibilities will include servicing the Firm's software portfolio, overseeing application packaging and customization, and providing afterhours support coverage and maintenance windows. You will also have the opportunity to cross-train in other areas and take on additional products and services as they are onboarded into the Firm.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience in application support for Microsoft Office Suite and other similar software programs. You should also be experienced with Microsoft 365 SaaS products and have in-depth technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11. Additionally, you should have strong communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
