Litigation Paralegal The candidate will join personal injury law firm. Will be drafting shell pleadings, motions and oppositions for attorney to finalize and file them with the court. Perform administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files). Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes in our system. Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, etc. in system. Preparing and responding to civil discovery. Scheduling depositions. Gather relevant information from a variety of sources. Filing in court systems. Client communication. Should have 2+ years of experience with Plaintiff's civil litigation. Must have knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules and procedures, practices, etc. Bilingual(Spanish/English) is a plus.
