Position Summary:
- Seeking experienced Senior in Tax - Mergers and Acquisitions for Strategy and Transformation role
- Available in 9 different locations
- Responsible for assisting corporate and private equity buyers with tax due diligence, structuring, and modeling on buy-side and sell-side transactions
- Prepare due diligence reports for C-suite audience
- Direct complex tax research and formulate tax-planning strategies
- Opportunity to expand tax research skills through exploration of complex technical tax issues
- Work with clients before, during, and after transactions to analyze and evaluate tax risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with various corporate functions to support global goals and business objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, JD, or LLM required
- 3+ years of corporate tax experience with a Big 4 organization, law firm, or large corporate tax department
- Must have or be eligible to obtain one of the following: CPA, licensed attorney, or Enrolled Agent
- Ability to travel up to 25% based on work and client needs
- MBA or MS in Accounting or Tax preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Consulting and compliance experience a plus
Salary Information:
- Wage range takes into account various factors including skills, experience, training, and certifications
- Range estimate is $120,610 to $223,990
- Annual incentive program may also be available depending on individual and organizational performance
