Paralegal The candidate will be working with other paralegals and attorneys within the Global Structured Products group, focusing on structured notes and other securities, principally working with colleagues in the New York office, and multiple offices across the firm as well. Should be highly desired but not essential; experience working in a securities and/or banking group; excellent organizational/project management skills; flexibility with scheduling and timing for production of deliverables; collegiate, positive and willing-to-learn attitude to work, happy to assist and be involved in a variety of transactions when additional support is required. Attention to detail and thoroughness are essential; good written and oral communication skills; ability to build and develop rapport with clients as part of a long-term relationship; good client relationship skills; ability to manage own time and workflow, and to coordinate multiple assignments.
