Education, Experience, and Skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction
- Strong knowledge of Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act and related regulations
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in antitrust law, specifically HSR filings
- Excellent legal research and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively manage client relationships
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
