- Support senior attorneys in litigation, including preparing for hearings, trials, and depositions
- Provide direct legal advice and counsel to clients
- Handle client matters with professionalism, empathy, and ethical standards
- Manage case files and ensure all deadlines are met

Qualifications:

- 0-3 years of legal experience, preferably in estate planning, elder law, or litigation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think critically, research complex issues, and provide effective legal solutions

- Must be admitted to the North Carolina State Bar or eligible for admission
