Responsibilities
- Manage litigation and probate cases independently
- Maintain accurate and timely billing of hours
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Represent clients in court proceedings
- Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships
- Participate in business development opportunities
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in litigation
- Efficient, detail-oriented, and organized
- Ability to work independently and manage caseloads effectively
- Commitment to meeting a 1,500 billable hour requirement
Bonus Experience
- 5+ years of experience in litigation and probate
- Desire and ability to build your own book of business within the firm

In this role, the Litigation Associate will have the opportunity to manage cases independently, maintain accurate billing of hours, and deliver high-quality legal work. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a dedication to providing exceptional legal representation.

As a Litigation Associate at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., you will be responsible for managing cases from start to finish, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, representing clients in court proceedings, and communicating effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel. You will also have the opportunity to participate in business development opportunities to build your own book of business within the firm.
To be considered for this position, you must have at least 3 years of experience in litigation, be efficient and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, and have experience accurately tracking and billing hours. We also require a commitment to meeting a 1,500 billable hour requirement.
Bonus experience includes 5+ years of experience in litigation and probate, as well as a desire and ability to build your own book of business within the firm.
