Minimum Qualifications:

- Juris Doctorate from accredited law school
- Admission to one or more State bars
- 7+ years’ relevant legal experience
- Experience advising on marketing related legal issues and transactions
- Strong experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation

Essential Functions:

- Review and advise on marketing and promotional materials and campaigns
- Advise on marketing and advertising claims development and substantiation
- Identify IP risks and support brand protection/enforcement efforts
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts
- Develop training and education programs on marketing and advertising legal issues

Salary Information:

- Phoenix, AZ/Chicago, IL: $200,000 - $230,000 per year
- New York, NY/San Francisco, CA: $230,000 - $260,000 per year
