Job Description:

- Join the business litigation group at a growing law firm
- Assist in all aspects of litigation, including legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and attending court hearings
- Work closely with experienced attorneys to develop your skills and knowledge in business litigation
- Conduct legal research and write memoranda to support legal arguments
- Prepare and review legal documents and contracts
- Communicate with clients and assist with case management
- Attend depositions and other legal proceedings as needed
- Work on a variety of complex and challenging cases

Requirements:

- Licensed to practice law in Georgia
- Strong academic background with a . from an accredited law school
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
