Summary:

This role will involve bridging business needs and technical execution, managing changing priorities, and serving as a liaison across stakeholders, development teams, and deployment leads. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Agile tools, and knowledge of SQL and API requests/responses. The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $113,000.

Key Responsibilities:

- Eliciting and documenting high-quality business and functional requirements
- Supporting Agile delivery practices and managing the deployment and adoption of technical solutions
- Partnering with agile delivery teams and acting as the voice of the business throughout the development lifecycle
- Owning the planning and coordination of solution deployments and ensuring alignment with operational readiness
- Proactively managing workload and communicating with stakeholders at all levels
- Identifying gaps in processes and proposing solutions
- Contributing to the ongoing improvement of business analysis and deployment best practices

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst, product owner, or similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Agile tools, SQL, and API requests/responses
- Familiarity with security and data privacy
- Business analysis certifications a plus
- Ability to interpret and manipulate structured datasets
- Understanding of API requests/responses, data mapping, and system-to-system integration
- Familiarity with relational database concepts
