Location:

  • Philadelphia, PA

Duties:

  • Represent clients in government investigations involving FTC or DOJ, including merger and conduct investigations

  • Handle private antitrust litigation matters such as dispositive motions, class certification, and trial proceedings

  • Provide strategic counseling on antitrust compliance and regulatory risk

  • Work closely with a high-performing legal team on litigation strategy and client advisement

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in antitrust litigation and/or merger clearance

  • Background in antitrust compliance and regulatory counseling

  • Experience at a large law firm or relevant government agency is preferred

  • Strong case management and client interaction experience

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school

  • Excellent academic record required

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar or eligibility to waive in

Skills:

  • Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

  • Ability to manage complex matters independently and as part of a team

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
