Compensation and Benefits:

- Substantial base salary of $150,000, with the potential to earn up to $200,000 or more annually
- On-track bonus of $50,000 per year, paid quarterly, for consistent performance
- Unlimited bonus potential based on performance, origination, and more

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

- Active membership in the Colorado Bar in good standing
- Demonstrated expertise in debtor-side and consumer bankruptcy law
- Proven ability to independently manage and litigate Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases
- Experience with case management, strategy development, client intake and consultation, representing clients at 341 meetings, and handling bankruptcy adversary proceedings
- Knowledge of bankruptcy codes, rules, and regulations
- Ability to contribute to the strategic growth and development of the bankruptcy department
- Strong communication skills with clients, colleagues, and staff
