As a Legal Staff Assistant, you will have the opportunity to grow your career and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, professional setting. This is an in-office position, requiring 5 days of work per week. Your key responsibilities will include answering and directing calls, greeting visitors, maintaining a professional reception area, and providing general secretarial and administrative support. You will also have the opportunity to work with legal documents and assist with e-filings in both state and federal courts.

Qualifications for this position include a minimum of 2 years of experience in a law firm or professional office setting, strong communication skills, familiarity with legal documents and procedures, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, able to multitask, and willing to take on new responsibilities and challenges. The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is also required for this role.
