About the Role

As a Paralegal II in our Legal Professional & Paralegal department, you will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys and senior paralegals in the Litigation & Trial department. This includes assisting with all phases of litigation case preparation, from document review to trial preparation. This position offers the opportunity to work in either our Century City or San Francisco office, with the potential for a hybrid and in-office work schedule.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

- Coordinate and assist in the discovery process, including document review and analysis
- Manage and utilize e-discovery platforms
- Maintain case calendars and coordinate with the case team and other support departments
- Assist with the preparation of legal documents, including pleadings and motions
- Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial
- Attend hearings and trials
- Protect and maintain confidential information

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of security practices, state and federal filing requirements, and document management
- Proficiency in legal office applications and research tools
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or signed declaration (if located in California)
- Minimum of four years of law firm experience as a paralegal
