Our vibrant and growing full-service law firm is seeking a skilled and motivated Estate Litigation Associate to join our team in Lake Success, New York. As an Estate Litigation Associate, you will have the opportunity to work in our Trusts and Estates department, managing all aspects of estate planning, administration, and litigation. This unique platform will allow you to expand your skill set and develop your own book of business.

If you are a self-starter with a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and good oral communication, this position may be the perfect fit for you. We are looking for a true team player who is interested in working in a supportive and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in Estate Litigation and Surrogate's Court procedures, and a desire to learn and assist with estate planning matters.

In addition to the required Juris Doctor degree and New York state law license, we are looking for someone with 3-5 years of T&E planning, administration, and/or estate litigation experience. The ability to prioritize work tasks, collaborate with colleagues at all levels, and proficiency in MS Office and Outlook are also essential for this position.

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, in the range of $115,000-$140,000. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and 401K. This position is based in Lake Success, New York.
