**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. US LLP, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Director of Legal Recruitment to join our team. This position will report to the Chief Operating Officer and work closely with the firm's leadership to drive recruitment strategies and initiatives in line with the firm's growth goals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic recruitment leadership roles, with a strong background in partner and lateral recruitment in a professional services organization.



Responsibilities:

Develop and implement best practices, policies, and procedures for recruitment of partners, laterals, and summer associates.
Manage all legal recruitment, including summer associate program, contract attorney hiring, paralegal hiring, and intern hiring.
Collaborate with various firm departments during the recruitment process.
Lead and develop a recruitment team.
Monitor industry trends and make recommendations for new processes and policies.
Act as a key advisor to firm leadership on recruitment matters.
Work closely with search firms in key markets.
Ensure recruitment process supports firm's diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy.
Other duties as assigned.



Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years' experience in strategic recruitment leadership roles.
Legal experience preferred.
Experience with student recruiting preferred.
Strong relationships with outside search firms in key markets.
Significant expertise in partner recruitment best practices and innovation.
Ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated success in leading and developing a team.
Strong understanding of business and professional services organizations.
High level of emotional intelligence and intellectual ability.
Proactive and service-oriented approach to recruitment.



Salary:

NY and Washington DC only DOE: $215k to $315k DOE
